“The only path that can carry me home is the path of self-compassion.”
― Tara Brach, Radical Compassion: Learning to Love Yourself and Your World with the Practice of Rain
My approach is listening. I trust your body's innate capacity to be and become healthy. My work is to support your system through precise, well-placed impulses — meeting you with mindfulness and non-judgmental presence.
When a body trusts and relaxes, it begins to speak.
Tissue is in constant motion, from macro- to micro-movements. Rather than imposing a treatment, I follow what your tissue is asking for. This strengthens your body's independent capacity and allows old somatic patterns to release. Space is held for whatever emotions may arise in the process.
That said, the work can also be purely physical. Not every session carries a deeper story — sometimes a twisted ankle is just a badly placed stone. And sometimes neck pain connects to chronic stress or emotional weight. Whatever is present, it's welcome.
